 Always Call 911 First during a life threatening emergency

During regular work hours (8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), call
(740) 264-7176 for assistance with a crisis or emergency involving an individual with a DD.  

The Board of DD also maintains an after-hours automated message system for reporting incidents of abuse/neglect and for crisis intervention. A crisis is a situation that jeopardizes the health or safety of an individual with DD and requires immediate intervention. From 4:00 p.m. to 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and all day Saturday, Sunday and holidays, call (740) 264-7176.  You will be prompted to leave a message and the On-Call person will return your call.  Make sure you leave a call back phone number.
